Quality Assurance Procedure
Our QA procedure includes the initial assessment of the source text to determine the specialism and level of complexity. Based on this assessment we decide which team member is best qualified to translate your document.
We build translation memories for each of our clients, and we have a number of terminology bases for different subject areas. These tools are used to ensure consistency of translation, both within a document and across all of a client's documents. The target text is then subjected to peer review. Finally, an editorial review is carried out by a native speaker.
Confidentiality
We operate under the Professional Code of Conduct of the Institute of Translators and Interpreters. All of our translators, interpreters and editors are bound by strict confidentiality obligations which protect the content of clients' documentation and all communications.
We are also happy to sign up to confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements to meet client's requirements. We will always notify clients immediately if we see any potential conflicts of interest.
Insurance
We are covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance approved by the Institute of Translators and Interpreters.
